Beginning Monday, June 11, 2007, CME will begin disseminating fourteen (14) new indexes listed in Exhibit 1, on the following page. These indexes will be transmitted every 15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME’s MDP.

CME will begin transmitting two additional new indexes, beginning on Monday, June 18, 2007. They are the S&P BRIC Shariah Index (USD) and the S&P BRIC Shariah Index (EUR), listed in the attached table.

The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indexes, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites. For all other S&P Indexes, the standard fees apply. This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME.

Note: There will be no corresponding futures contracts listed at this time.
